12- bed house (4 bedrooms), 380- 480 Lt per day 

There are two separate entrances on the first floor. Getting through one entrance there are two rooms with three beds each (for 6 persons) with a shared kitchen, WC and shower. Getting through another entrance there’s one room with a double bed (2 places for sleeping), kitchen, WC and shower.

There are 4 double beds and one twin bed (9 sleeping places) on the second floor. There is also a mini kitchen, fridge, electricity-powered oven, dishes, WC, shower.

11- bed place house (4 bedrooms), 350- 450 Lt per day

 Two rooms on the first floor- 2 beds in the first and 3 beds in the second (for 5 persons) with a fireplace, shared kitchen, fridge, electricity-powered oven, dishes, WC and shower.

Two beds room, 80 - 100 Lt per day

First floor, separate entrance. Double bed, mini kitchen, WC, shower.

Three beds room, 100- 120 Lt per day

First floor, separate entrance. Two rooms with shared kitchen, WC and shower.

Five beds room, 140- 180 Lt per day

Second floor, separate entrance. Four cots and one single bed. Mini kitchen, WC, shower.

Banqueting/ conference hall, 200-400 per day

This hall includes kitchen, fridge, oven, dishes etc.
We may also make and serve food for you during your event or conference.

The price for all farmstead is 1000- 1500 Lt.

Notes:

• Any additional beds costs 40 Lt per day, per bed.

• The overall price will depend on the number of people, amount of time spent during your stay and the season booked.
  
• Discounts for: permanent guests, groups and those who are staying for more than a week.
